It is an extraordinary honor to receive the Presidential Award and join an elite group of educators. To be awarded for something that you love and believe in is an unimaginable feeling. I would hope that this award inspires my students and demonstrates when you work hard, you can achieve great things. Helping them become excited about mathematics, instilling in them a love of learning, and becoming self-assured problem solvers is my privilege as an educator.
