I have been fortunate to work with many amazing teachers who have each played a role in challenging me to become the best teacher I can be. The Presidential Award represents the culmination of their tutelage, support, and encouragement as I have worked to provide an engaging and meaningful learning environment for the students passing through my classroom doors. I am humbled by this honor which inspires me to continue working each day to improve my practice for the betterment of all my students.
