The Presidential Award for Excellence is a recognition of all STEM teachers. Those who come before us as mentors passing on their knowledge and wisdom, our colleagues who teach beside us helping to support classrooms, and young educators who motivate us to learn new things. We are challenged on this journey to develop problem solving skills that brings new understanding and meaning to the work. This celebration of STEM education is exhilarating and unites us on a global level.
