The Presidential Award represents the combined efforts of my partners in education who supported, encouraged, inspired, and challenged me throughout my career. This honor is a testament to my learners, who continue to develop their mathematical understanding and identity. It also validates and celebrates the hard work, creativity, and diligence I put into ensuring my students become resilient change makers and social agents with the self-belief and skillset required to overcome life challenges.
