Receiving the Presidential Award is truly a humbling experience as I am privileged to be honored among some of the greatest educators in the nation. This award is truly a testament of all the hard work and dedication that I have put into this profession, and a reflection of all the support I have received from my family, friends, colleagues, mentors, and students. The award also challenges me to continue instilling the importance of learning mathematics into young minds that enter my classroom.
